Vishkhapatnam AP vide his letter dated, says…. “It is inform you that it is found necessary to compare the disputed signature of (Second Defendant)……As such the Xerox copies of it appears containing the disputed and admitted signatures are herewith sent to you to ascertain your fees for doing the said job”.

Babu, Revenue Divisional Officer, Palkonda, Srikakulam AP vide his letter dated 04/01/2006 says,…. “I invite kind attention to the reference cited, where in the Joint Collector of Srikakulam dist desires to get the verification of original signatures with the forged signatures of Mandal Revenue Officer, Rajam by issuing six house site pattas….”

Balendra Singh, Advocate, Nellore AP vide his letter dated 10/11/2008, says….. “Sir, in a Civil suit we have come across a problem about a document which was obtained the Thumb impression on a blank stamped paper in the year 1997 and after 8 years the gap was filled up with computer printed information. Then I filed an application before the court to send the said document…….that the said application was allowed. But the analysis report was sent to Forensic Laboratory at Hyderabad and they informed that they have no such wing to give analyse report…..So, I request you sir, whether your office have such equipment to give analysis report.”

Shah advocate has came across an advertisement, which came to be published by you in the edition of AIR-May, 2006 and therefore, present letter…..It is requested that after coming in receipt of the present letter please inform about the charges, which you may charge, for your services, which is requested not only this please inform about the documents which would be required for your examination and also inform about the duration which you may consume for preparing the report.”

Munsiff Court-I, Kozhikode has ordered comparison or signatures in a disputed document in the above referred to civil suit by you and for that purpose, I am instructed to send this letter to you…..Kindly let me know or let the Hon’ble court know through a reply the amount of fee to be paid, the manner and mode in which the same is to be remitted etc. at the earliest and the procedure to be followed up in the matter.”

Mr. Tariq, Dubai vide his email letter dated 12/03/2012, says……. “I have attached 3 filed and I wanted to see if my actual signatures which I have included both my casual and formal signature samples along with 2 writing samples can be matched to the signatures on the attached check (formal signature) and tenancy contract (casual signature).
